Dear Inner Child

— An Evening of Healing & Play

Dear Inner Child is a sacred, heart-opening gathering for women who are ready to release old wounds, rediscover joy, and reclaim their innocence and emotional freedom.

Through gentle guidance, embodiment practices, and sacred space, you'll be invited to listen to the younger you ~ the one who still lives inside your Heart.

Whether you're new to inner healing or just curious - You are so Welcome here!

Come join this magical evening of connection, play, and coming Home to yourself.

"A Love Letter to the Little one Within"

Why this matters…

Inside every woman lives a younger version of herself —
the little girl who once laughed freely, felt deeply, and longed to be fully loved.

When she didn’t feel safe, seen, or accepted… she made beliefs & believed in them, to protect herself:
“I have to earn love.”
“I’m too much.”
“It’s not safe to be me.”

These beliefs don’t stay in childhood.
They become patterns — the way we show up in relationships,
the way we silence ourselves, the way we disconnect from our bodies.

For years, I carried this too.
I looked soft on the outside, but inside, my inner child was hurting.
I used to compare myself to others, feel like something was “wrong” with me,
and secretly wish I could be someone else.

Reconnecting with her changed everything.
I began to speak to myself with love.
I held her. Danced with her. Forgave her.

This event is for her — and for the little one inside you, too.

Join me for a sacred evening of healing, play, and remembrance.
Let her know she was never too much — and never alone.

What you'll Experience

Joyful movement & Sacred Play

“The wounded inner child is the hidden source of human suffering. To reclaim the child is to heal the adult.” John Bradshaw

“can she come out & play?”

The little girl in you still wants to play.

She's tired of pretending to be strong all the time,

She wants to laugh without worry, dress up and dance like nobody's watching…

Be the light before the world dimmed it

This evening is for her.

To remind her that she’s perfect just the way she is

That joy is her birthright.

That she is safe to be fully herself!

Let her come out and shine ✨

Facilitator

Hera Kalaydjian

Hello lovely human!

I’m a trauma-informed somatic coach, a guide for women’s healing, and a tender voice for the parts of you that still long to be seen.

I walk the path of remembrance — of the body, of the sacred feminine, of the parts of us we were told to hide.
Through inner child work, sensual embodiment, breath, and story, I help women come back home to their truest self: soft, powerful, and whole.

But before I became a facilitator… I was simply a girl who longed to feel safe in her own skin.

My work is personal.
It’s devotional.
And it’s born from years of turning toward my own pain and whispering,
“I’m here now. I’m not leaving.”

This offering is one piece of that devotion.
A circle where we remember ourselves — together.

I hope to see you there đź’›
