why we gather in circle
A women's circle is a sacred space created intentionally for women to come together
It's a place where we can feel safe to be seen, felt and witnessed, free from judgment, competition or expectation.
More often than not, as women, we are undernourished in today's world, we have so many roles and responsibilities, expectations;
mother, partner, leader, friend…
that we often forget to simply be and let ourselves be held instead of holding it all.
In this space,
All over the world women are remembering this way of gathering
lighting candles under the moon, sharing stories, holding one another in presence, dancing in ecstasy.
if you are reading this and something inside you feels the call..
then this circle is already calling you home.
why the spiral?
The spiral is an ancient symbol of transformation, a path inward and back out again.
It is found in the stones of ancient temples and the patterns of seashells and galaxies.
I saw it everywhere in the ancient lands of England in September.
As we walk it during this circle, we release what no longer serves and return to the center of our being, where the light is waiting.

I'm a certified trauma-informed coach and feminine embodiment guide.
My work is about helping women remember their worth, open thier hearts, and come back home to their bodies through ritual, breath, and self love.
I believe in the power of sisterhood, storytelling, and sacred ceremony to awaken the feminine; the part of us that knows how to feel, receive and create magic!
I can't wait to sit with you in circle!
FAQ about the experience
do i need any experience to join?
Not at all.
This circle welcomes women at every stage of their journey.
Whether you're new to women's circles or have attended many, you'll be lovingly guided every step of the way.
what should i bring?
Bring a cushion or pillow to sit on, a journal and pen (I will also provide) and an open Heart.
what should i wear?
You may wish to wear something comfortable and easy to move and breathe in.
You are also welcome to choose something symbolic of your goddess rebirth, like a flowing dress, soft fabrics, or anything that helps you feel like the woman you are becoming.
will i have to share personal things?
Everything I guide you through will be an invitation, nothing is ever required.
You are your own sovereign being, free to share only what feels right for you.
Everything shared in the circle will be held with confidentiality, respect, and love.
